Hardware Installation

1. Mount the Landmark module
   • Camera faces down.
   • X axis points in the forward direction of the UAV.
   • To improve image stability, mount the module on a vibration-isolation platform (or equivalent damping mount) when possible.
2. Connect to the flight controller
   • Using the included cable, plug the Landmark module into a TELEM port.

Verify power capacity

The Landmark module requires at least 2.5 W (5 V at 0.5 A). Confirm that the selected TELEM port can supply sufficient current.

Prefer a TELEM port with a higher dedicated current limit. For example, TELEM1 on the Pixhawk 6X can supply up to 1.5 A, while all other ports share a combined 1.5 A limit.

We recommend powering the flight controller from a battery rather than USB.
